We are one of the nation’s fastest growing field service organizations and are looking to expand our tech base. We service Cash Recyclers, ATMs, POS terminals, Kiosks, and more! We are looking for technicians to perform break/fix repair on Cash Recyclers and ATM machines on a part time, per call, hourly basis on the island of Maui. A 1-week training in Dallas, TX may be necessary to learn the Revolution Cash Recycler. Reliability is especially important, as these units must be serviced on a timely basis. Remote support is provided. Must have Field Service experience and a technical aptitude and if you have worked with some of the
Responsibilities
- Break Fix on Retail ATM's, Kiosks, Cash Recyclers
- Complete break/fix calls to clear jams, replace parts, etc.
- Reloading software
- Meet all Customer SLA’s unless Parts are required
- Use our web-based Ticketing system to view , complete and close calls
Requirements
- Have previous Break Fix experience on Retail and or Financial ATM or Kiosk
- Reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools
- A smartphone capable of using our web-based ticketing app
