We are one of the nation’s fastest growing field service organizations and are looking to expand our tech base. We service ATMs, POS terminals, Kiosks, and more! We are looking for technicians to service retail ATM machines and Kiosks on a part time, per call, hourly basis in the Detroit/Toledo and surrounding area. Training material and remote support is provided. Must have Field Service experience and have worked with some or most of the Technologies listed below. Note; this is part time/freelance opportunity. When a call comes in, we need to be able to get in the field and service the ATM/Kiosk machine,
Responsibilities
- Complete Break Fix Service Calls on Retail ATM's, Kiosks (IE Clear jams Replace parts Reload Software )
- Meet all Customer SLA’s unless Parts are required
- Use our web-based Ticketing system to view , complete and close calls
Requirements
- Have previous Break Fix experience on Retail and or Financial ATM or Kiosk
- Reliable transportation
- A smartphone capable of using our web-based ticketing app
